Responsibilities As an Insurance Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner * Conducting thorough research to provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction * Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy * Utilizing computer systems and software to access customer information and resolve issues * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills Key Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner * Research and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our database * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 6 months or more of customer service experience in a call center or insurance industry setting * Integrity and a strong commitment to following HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient privacy * A high school diploma or equivalent * Computer experience and proficiency in using software applications * High-speed internet (> 15 mbps) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in * Strong communication and problem-solving skills Nice-to-Haves While not required, experience with customer service in the insurance industry and familiarity with HIPAA regulations are highly desirable.
