Job Summary

As a Tier 2 E-Commerce Phone/Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients' customers via phone and chat. You'll work on a variety of projects, from gaming-related e-commerce platforms to other exciting ventures. With a focus on delivering top-notch service, you'll be the go-to expert for customers seeking assistance with orders, account issues, and more.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide customer support via Zendesk ticketing system

• Utilize admin order tools to review order status and provide resolutions to customers
• Review user accounts and assist with account issues using admin tools
• Collaborate with clients to resolve complex customer issues
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client products and services
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support
• Work collaboratively with other Mods to achieve project goals

What We're Looking For

* Previous customer support experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting

• Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus
• Chat and phone support experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Passion for gaming and e-commerce is a must
• Availability to start orientation ASAP

* Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above

• Quality headset
• Quiet workspace to take calls
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
• Reliable internet connection
• Strong typing skills and ability to multitask
