Role Overview

As a Customer Success Specialist and Pharmacy Liaison, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers in the Eastern US Market. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and support for our clients, while also fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and provide actionable feedback to inform product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

* Onboarding and Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new customers, ensuring they're fully equipped to utilize our compounding systems effectively.

  • Customer Support: Provide timely and responsive support to customers, addressing technical issues, and resolving any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our compounding systems, staying up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze customer feedback, providing actionable insights to inform product enhancements and drive business growth.
  • Continuous Education: Stay current with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve customer outcomes and drive business success.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction, retention, and overall business performance.

Requirements

* Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably within a compounding pharmacy, healthcare technology, or medical device environment.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear, empathetic, and supportive manner.
  • Customer-Focused: A strong dedication to customer success and a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and delivering timely solutions.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology, especially digital health platforms, CRM software, and remote training tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills, with a knack for resolving issues and optimizing processes to enhance the customer experience.
