  • Compile, verify, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry, using MS Office and data programs.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to arenaflex's data protection policies.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Essential Qualifications:

* Experience with MS Office and data programs, including proficiency in typing and data entry.

  • Familiarity with administrative duties, such as email handling and calendar management.
  • Experience using office equipment, like scanners, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on assigned tasks.
