WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Captain a squad of animators and artists, offering clear guidance and support.
- Engage intensively with directors, producers, and creative frontrunners to chalk out animation aesthetics and benchmarks.
- Supervise diverse animation projects, ensuring they resonate with top-tier artistic and technical parameters.
- Facilitate team interactions and reviews, endorsing a cohesive and nurturing workspace.
- Pinpoint operational and creative hurdles, devising strategies to address them.
- Innovate workflow and pipeline enhancements to augment efficiency and output.
- Converse effectively with production on scheduling, budgetary concerns, and resource distribution.
- Tutor the animation brigade, enriching their prowess and potential.
- Remain updated on industry drifts, tools, and methodologies to continually refine team caliber and outputs.
- Bachelor?s degree in Animation, Film, Art, or allied domain, or an analogous industry stint.
- 7+ years immersed in animation, with at least 3 years at a supervisory echelon.
- Demonstrated flair in sculpting and overseeing elite animation ventures for films, TV, and cinematics.
- Profound familiarity with animation software (Maya, 3Ds Max, Blender) and other pivotal tools.
- Comprehensive grasp of animation fundamentals.
- Distinct leadership aptitude with an essence of motivation and inspiration.
