QA Engineer - Backend (Golang) Middle+ [AI]

AI Platforms builds the shared AI foundation for Plata, helping product and business teams launch AI solutions faster. We create reusable platforms and tools used across customer care, operations, compliance, telesales, and more. We work with AWS, Go, Python, and cloud models, combining off-the-shelf solutions with custom infrastructure — including copilots, agents, RAG, voice/OCR services, AI gateway, and ML pipelines.
Challenges that await you:
- Analysis of requirements, creation of test scenarios, preparation of test data
- Acceptance and regression testing mostly automated
- Writing and maintaining automated tests in Go
- Detection, localization, and reporting of defects using an issue tracking system
- Development and maintenance of the test project
- Integration of automated tests into CI/CD
- Communication with the product team during development and participation in releases
- Experience in developing and maintaining test documentation
- Experience in programming in Go / Java / Kotlin / Python
- Experience with Git or other version control systems
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with message queues (Kafka)
- Experience in developing and maintaining autotests in Java/Kotlin/Python/Go
- Experience in test framework development and support
- Experience with CI/CD tools
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
- Experience with gRPC, Protobuf
- Experience with frameworks: dailymotion/allure-go, testify
- Experience using modern AI tools (e.g. LLMs, copilots) to boost development productivity and experimentation
- Experience in load testing
- Knowledge and understanding of software design patterns
