[Remote] Investor Acquisition Specialist

They are seeking an Investor Acquisition Specialist to grow their network of real estate investors and cash buyers by finding serious buyers, building relationships, and connecting them with available opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Source new investor leads and buyer contacts
- Reach out to investors through multiple communication channels
- Build and maintain an active buyer database
- Understand and track each buyer’s criteria and level of interest
- Follow up regularly with new and existing contacts
- Help identify serious and ready-to-close buyers
- Assist in filling available deals with matching investors
- Represent Suissio Holdings professionally in all communications
- Collaborate with the team to support dispositions and investor relationship growth
