- Identifying and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience and promoting customer loyalty.
- Processing transactions, payments, and account updates accurately and efficiently, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
