Key Responsibilities

As a Freight Processor – Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in processing accounts and ensuring the accuracy of information entered into our systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing accounts and determining if the Bill of Lading and PO numbers are applied
• Accurately entering information into the systems provided, ensuring the Vendor Bill of Lading and PO numbers match the Customer Bill of Lading via Corrections, Bill Complete, and the BL images
• Achieving and maintaining an acceptable rate and quality to meet or exceed customer requirements
• Participating in the training of employees to perform job tasks
• Receiving constructive feedback with an objective open mind
• Willingness to be cross-trained in other departments to meet company daily production commitments
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Completing all required Compliance Training within the scheduled time
• Actively participating in overtime requirements within the scope of company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous data entry experience (a plus, but not required)
• Microsoft Office experience (preferred)
• File sharing experience (preferred)
• High-speed internet access
• All equipment will be provided, including PC, monitors, keyboard, and mouse

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial:

• Previous experience in a similar role or industry
• Familiarity with data entry software and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $16.30-$17.50 per hour
