Job Description
As a WFM Data Entry Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of workforce management data entry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Inputting, updating, and maintaining data related to employee schedules, attendance, and labor forecasts in our proprietary systems
- Collaborating with various teams to gather necessary data, analyze information, and generate reports to inform management decisions
- Verifying data accuracy and rectifying discrepancies as needed
- Generating regular reports for management review
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Collaborating with team members to gather necessary data
- Responding to inquiries related to data entry processes
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills
