Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Chatbot Developer to join our team and help us revolutionize our customer experience. As a Chatbot Developer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing a cutting-edge, AI-driven chatbot that integrates seamlessly with WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing chatbots that replicate the conversational quality and accuracy of ChatGPT, providing exceptional customer experience and support.
Key Responsibilities
As a Chatbot Developer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a robust chatbot for WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, integrating with our Airbnb rental company's systems
- Training the chatbot to handle customer inquiries effectively, covering booking queries, property details, and more
- Ensuring the chatbot can engage in varied conversations with the same depth and responsiveness as ChatGPT
- Providing comprehensive documentation and training to enable our team to refine and update the chatbot's knowledge base
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
