Job Description:

At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our customers with unparalleled service and support. As a Customer Care Executive, you will play a vital role in achieving this goal by:

• Providing prompt and effective resolutions to customer queries and concerns
• Working in a 24*7 shift environment, with 6 days of working and 1 rotational week off
• Utilizing excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and provide personalized support

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer care skills
• Work effectively in a team environment to achieve customer satisfaction goals
• Adhere to arenaflex's quality standards and customer care policies

Requirements:

* Any undergraduate or graduate degree

• Good communication skills required
• 0-3 years of experience in a BPO or customer care environment (6 months of documented BPO experience preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management software
