* Competitive salary: $25-$29 per hour (up to $63,000-$74,000 per year with bonuses)

Responsibilities
As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing product information, and resolving customer inquiries in a fast-paced, collaborative call center environment. Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment
* Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat
* Assisting customers in navigating arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Becoming a product and solutions expert to provide accurate and confident product information
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
* Prior customer service experience (training provided for the right candidate)
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
Work Environment
Our Texas Branch is located at 2600 Rental Car Drive, DFW Airport, TX 75261. You'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a team of passionate and dedicated professionals. Our regular shift is Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM - 9 PM, and we offer training shifts Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM.
