Here are some of the key responsibilities of this role: - Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on Shopify websites and social media accounts - Provide solutions, answer questions, and spark sales, all while delivering a friendly and personalized experience - Work independently, closely following provided steps and instructions - Utilize your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers worldwide
Requirements
