Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and courteous service.
- Assisting customers with inquiries and providing top-notch support, resolving issues and answering questions related to products and services.
- Troubleshooting complex issues and providing solutions that meet customers' needs.

- Completing after-call information and data entry to the system, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Current residency in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI.
- Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired, ensuring seamless connectivity and minimal downtime.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving.
