Experienced Full Stack Sales Professional – Customer Growth Account Executive at arenaflex

As a key member of our Customer Growth Sales team, you'll play a vital role in helping our existing customers expand their product offerings and continue to grow their businesses.

About this Role

As a Customer Growth Account Executive at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for working with existing customers to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. You'll manage the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to close, and be held to goals in terms of monthly sales revenue and unit bookings. You'll also be expected to utilize Salesforce CRM to manage all sales activities and pipeline, as well as collaborate with other teams to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work with existing arenaflex customers to expand their product offerings and continue to help their business grow

  • Identify and develop leads in your territory through prospecting forward sales
  • Own the whole sales process, including outbound prospecting calls, video meetings with clients, creating value propositions, negotiating contracts, and closing
  • Be held to goals in terms of monthly sales revenue and unit bookings
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage all sales activities and pipeline
  • Understand the competitive landscape (strengths, weaknesses, benefits) and determine how to best position arenaflex products
  • Collaborate with New Business Sales Team, Services and Implementation teams to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery

Do you have the right ingredients?

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in business development and inside sales closing experience. You'll also need to have a history of meeting and exceeding monthly sales performance goals, as well as excellent time management and organization skills. Additionally, you'll need to be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and have a competitive and resilient nature.

Essential Qualifications:

* Business development experience, inside sales closing experience preferred

  • History of meeting & exceeding monthly sales performance goals
  • Excellent time management and organization as well as written and verbal communication
  • A competitive and resilient nature as well as a self-driven sense of motivation
  • The ability to act as a consultant and get prospects to think differently about their business
  • Attention to detail & ability to thrive in a fast-paced transactional sales environment
  • Ability to handle change and ambiguity as you will be floating to different territories/teams as the need arises
