About the Role

You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our automotive dealer clients and providing top-notch service to customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in online conversations with customers, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their customers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is a plus!)
