Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Part-time Remote Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our customer support team, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries regarding arenaflex products and services
  • Assist customers with technical issues, product information, and account-related concerns
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns to meet or exceed service level agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries regarding arenaflex products and services
  • Assist customers with technical issues, product information, and account-related concerns
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns to meet or exceed service level agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and service level agreements
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Skills

  • Technical proficiency with arenaflex products and services
  • Problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Excellent time management skills and adaptability to a dynamic work environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in relevant fields is a plus

  • Prior experience in customer support or a related role preferred
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or computer science

  • Experience with customer support software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Certification in customer support or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
  • Fluency in multiple languages
