Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing premium customer service and support via phone, chat, and email. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, chat, and email - Responding to customer inquiries regarding logistics, returns, refunds, product information, and warranty questions - Assisting customers with website navigation and general questions - Working various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need: - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office - Ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

- Previous experience in a remote customer service role - Familiarity with arenaflex products and services - Experience with sales and upselling techniques - Certification in customer service or a related field
