Key Responsibilities:

* Perform high-volume data entry work with accuracy and efficiency, utilizing various data entry devices and software applications

  • Prepare information for data entry, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
  • Provide entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing routine clerical tasks
  • Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Review and verify data prior to entry, identifying and correcting errors to ensure data integrity
  • Perform daily audits and data entry corrections, ensuring that all data is accurate and complete
  • Train new data entry employees on computer systems and data entry procedures, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques, ensuring that all data is entered accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure timely data entry and file management, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, ensuring that all data entry work is tailored to their requirements
  • Perform routine clerical and data entry functions, including typing, faxing, and data entry duties

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong understanding of data entry procedures and software applications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and correct errors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software applications and data entry procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

  • Knowledge of data program techniques and data entry best practices
  • Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume data entry environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data entry issues
