Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat & Email Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for website visitors, current clients, and prospective leads. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly to incoming chat and email inquiries from clients, prospects, and real estate agents
• Providing information about listings, rental availability, showing procedures, or service requests
• Troubleshooting common issues related to listings, portals, scheduling tools, or documentation
• Using internal systems to update customer records, log interactions, and escalate issues when needed
• Assisting with tenant or buyer concerns related to applications, maintenance, or transactions
• Identifying and forwarding leads or complex requests to the appropriate agent or department
