Remote | Concierges — $65–$75/hour
We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced concierge professionals with strong backgrounds in client service, practical problem-solving, and real-world domain expertise. This role supports an exciting collaboration with a leading frontier AI research laboratory focused on advancing research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems through domain-specific deliverables and review workflows. Selected professionals will create deliverables based on common requests within their professional domain and review peer-developed outputs to support AI research quality. This opportunity is especially well-suited to concierge professionals with strong written communication skills, independent working ability, and hands-on experience handling service-oriented requests, client expectations, and high-touch coordination workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Professionals in this role may contribute to: Domain Deliverable Creation Create deliverables based on common requests within the concierge and service coordination domain Contribute practical, experience-based outputs grounded in real client service workflows and hospitality-oriented problem-solving Help ensure that project outputs reflect authentic service expectations, communication quality, and operational responsiveness Peer Review & Quality Improvement Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research quality Apply strong service-oriented judgment to evaluate clarity, usefulness, structure, and professional relevance Support high standards across domain-informed research workflows through careful written review Professional Expertise & Independent Execution Apply real-world concierge experience to structured project work Work independently and remotely while maintaining strong writing quality and consistency Help support AI-related workflows through clear, accurate, and professionally grounded contributions Ideal Profile Strong candidates may have: 4+ years of professional experience in concierge work or a closely related service-focused domain Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling Strong practical judgment in client service, request handling, and hospitality-oriented coordination The ability to review peer work thoughtfully and improve output quality through clear feedback The ability to work independently and manage structured project work effectively
