Key Responsibilities

As a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in facilitating a positive experience for Portuguese-speaking students and users of our innovative educational technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries regarding online learning platforms, courses, and technical support. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in Portuguese, assisting users with questions regarding online learning platforms and educational resources.
  • Helping customers with technical issues and account inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records to improve service efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex user issues promptly.
  • Staying informed about the latest updates in online learning trends and EdTech products to deliver accurate information to clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or EdTech sector, is highly desirable.
