Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our growing Premium Audit Team. This is a fully remote work-from-home role, offering the flexibility and autonomy you need to succeed. As a key member of our team, you'll provide administrative support to our Premium Audit department, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in real-time. Key Responsibilities

* Administratively assist the Premium Audit department in their daily operations, providing support with tasks such as data entry, document management, and record-keeping.

  • Research and resolve simple concerns and inquiries in real-time for customers and policyholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to arenaflex policies.
  • Learn the best method to resolve issues, developing a customer-focused, needs-based review process to inform customers about products or services.
  • Coordinate problem resolution with necessary teams and refer more complex issues to more experienced staff.
  • Develop knowledge of insurance products, documents, and industry practices, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends.
  • Work within guidance to arrange and prioritize activities to efficiently meet business objectives, focusing on continuous process improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including participating in training sessions and departmental meetings.

Scope of Job/Qualifications

* Learn to make methodical yet swift decisions to meet customer needs, developing a strong understanding of arenaflex policies and procedures.

  • Develop working customer service and interpersonal skills, communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Develop communication skills that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of various customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Work independently in a remote environment, managing time and priorities to meet business objectives.

Requirements

* High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

  • Administrative support experience with an insurance carrier or agency is required; Premium Audit support experience is preferred.
  • Sedentary work environment, requiring prolonged sitting and continuous use of computer.
  • Occasional travel (1 time per year) to departmental meetings and training sessions, which may include overnight travel.
