Key Responsibilities:

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers across various industries.
• Creatively problem-solving to address customer needs and provide sound solutions.
• Quickly assessing customer needs and providing high-level customer service.
• Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions.
• Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems.
• Basic typing skills.
• Excellent customer service and written communication skills.
• The ability to empathize and remain patient with difficult callers.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Earning Potential:

As a self-employed Independent Contractor, you'll submit invoices and receive payment for completed services. Programs have varying pay structures, but most pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives. Your actual earnings will depend on opportunity, call type, call volume, and other factors.

Tax Obligations:

As a self-employed 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations. arenaflex will provide you with the necessary documentation to report your income and expenses.

Application and Certification Process:

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to:

• Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check.
• Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor.
• Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement.
• Complete a W9 form.
• Opportunities may require additional certification or training.

Program Metrics Requirements:

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to meet specific metrics to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details.

Availability:

As an Independent Contractor, you'll choose your own schedule by self-scheduling in 30-minute blocks. You'll dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients, with the potential to earn more by working more.

Technology Requirements:

arenaflex has basic technology requirements, which can be reviewed here. Some clients may require additional security measures and technology equipment. arenaflex systems are not currently compatible with Mac or Chromebook.
