Responsibilities

As an IT Equipment Delivery & Chat Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of IT equipment and providing top-notch support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Local Delivery: Pick up and deliver IT equipment (such as laptops and tablets) within your designated local area, ensuring timely and secure hand-offs.
  • Chat Support: Assist IT engineers by relaying messages via chat tools (Slack, Teams, etc.), helping to resolve technical issues and provide exceptional customer support.
  • Equipment Setup: Follow clear instructions to help users with equipment setup, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • U.S. Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
