Junior Account Executive, Content (Film, TV, Streaming, Entertainment)

They are seeking a high-energy, entertainment-obsessed Junior Account Executive to support 360-degree release campaigns for film, TV, and streaming clients while managing essential account logistics and building media relationships.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of 360-degree release campaigns for a roster of film, TV, and streaming clients
- Act as the team’s eyes and ears, responsible for daily monitoring of the trades and social platforms to flag "vibe shifts," casting news, and competitor campaigns
- Own the foundational research that fuels our strategies and build and maintain meticulously researched media and creator lists
- Draft the first versions of creative pitches, press releases, and talent briefing notes
- Manage the daily essentials of your accounts—agendas, meeting recaps, activity reports, and sample tracking—with total precision
- Provide essential support for press junkets, red carpet premieres, and festival screenings, handling logistics with a professional attitude
- Lead by example in how you treat co-workers, talent reps, and the media, prioritizing integrity and professional poise
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in PR or communications, with a focus on entertainment
- Ability to support the execution of 360-degree release campaigns for film, TV, and streaming clients
- Experience in daily monitoring of trades and social platforms
- Ability to build and maintain meticulously researched media and creator lists
- Ability to draft creative pitches, press releases, and talent briefing notes
- Ability to manage daily essentials of accounts including agendas, meeting recaps, and activity reports
- Ability to provide support for press junkets, red carpet premieres, and festival screenings
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with co-workers, talent reps, and media
- Digitally fluent with understanding of social media and the creator economy
- High emotional intelligence and situational awareness
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce concise and creative content
