[Remote] Collector 1

They are seeking a Collector 1 to work collaboratively with members to resolve account delinquencies and ensure a positive member experience.
Responsibilities
- Contact members to resolve delinquency
- Prepare repossession files
- Assist with GAP and payment protection claims
- Process account transactions
- Perform account maintenance
- Address overdrawn accounts and losses
- Provide professional and knowledgeable service
- Support collections questions for other teams
- Meet service standards and goals
- Retain member relationships
- Comply with all regulatory and internal procedures
Skills
- Applicants must reside in Oregon, Washington, or Idaho for this remote role
- At least one year of experience in collections or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- General knowledge of bankruptcy, CPI, titles, credit reporting, loan products, repossessions, account maintenance, deceased accounts, straw loans, and ACH setup
