About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with customers in real-time, providing exceptional support and enhancing their overall experience. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via online chat, helping to resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally while maintaining a positive brand image.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to incoming customer chat requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, troubleshooting, and other inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company’s CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
  • Contribute feedback to improve chat scripts, FAQs, and customer support processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or online support role.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English (US).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
