Job Description

As an Experienced Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients' customers through live online chats. Your primary goal will be to resolve issues efficiently, build trust, and promote our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Build relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promote interest in client products and services through effective communication and product knowledge
  • Consistently achieve established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Continuously portray and project a positive and professional image through all interactions
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team as needed
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as required
