Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our members and providers through inbound calls. You'll be responsible for answering a wide range of inquiries, from eligibility and benefits to provider changes and ID card requests. We're looking for someone who is not only knowledgeable but also empathetic, patient, and proactive in resolving issues.

Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from members and providers, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc.

  • Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted)
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and policies
  • Work from home and be self-sufficient, with occasional commutes to the office in Richmond, VA when necessary

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving
  • Ability to work from home and be self-sufficient
  • Must live within 50 miles of Richmond, VA

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working remotely in a call center setting

  • Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
