In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with our cutting-edge technology and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative - Chat, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide a positive experience for our clients
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
  • Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM (40 and above preferred)

Requirements

* Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily

  • Able to attend 5 weeks of training Monday - Friday from 4PM - 8PM
  • Flexible scheduling after completion of training
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
