The Role

As a Document Controller | Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in managing and entering data related to 401k statements. This remote position requires high precision in data entry and document management, with a focus on effective communication and timely processing of documents. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless data management and provide exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and interpret 401k statements to extract relevant data

  • Enter and maintain data in a new database with high precision
  • Leverage Google docs for data entry and record management
  • Communicate effectively with the team via Slack or similar chat platforms
  • Handle 7-10 documents on a daily basis, ensuring a 24-hour turnaround on processing forms
  • Provide assistance with reporting needs as required
  • Navigate complex documents comfortably and efficiently
  • Work flexibly with the ability to connect on East Coast time
  • Utilize a proprietary in-house database and PDFs for data handling and management

Requirements

* Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry

  • Proven proficiency in 401k - RRSP Administration
  • Demonstrated skills in data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong experience in document control, including organizing, storing, and managing documents
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* Experience with proprietary in-house databases and PDFs

  • Familiarity with Google docs and other cloud-based tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
