Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, working from the comfort of their own home. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers and fleet partners via phone, email, and chat/text. Your primary goal will be to resolve issues efficiently, address customer concerns, and advocate for their needs within our organization.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality service and support to customers and fleet partners via phone, email, and chat/text
  • Solving problems and thoughtfully addressing issues experienced by customers and partners
  • Acting as an internal advocate for our customers and fleet partners by relaying user feedback and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Experience providing support via phone, email, and chat
  • A positive attitude, passion for success, and a natural ability to turn a frown upside down
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Tech savvy with Mac and iOS experience
  • Ability to type 50+ WPM
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
