Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk/Typing Specialist to refine youngster support remittances in the SDU (Condition Disbursement System) system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong ability to pick up, investigate, organize, and assess information. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk/Typing Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Refining youngster support remittances in the SDU (Condition Disbursement System) system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
  • Performing other responsibilities as designated by management
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and typing tasks
  • Working independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in policies and procedures
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A high school degree or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including sensitivity, perseverance, and good behavior
  • The ability to pick up, investigate, organize, and assess information
