The Role

As a Customer Experience Representative on our American Express Virtual Customer Care team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one, and that our customers feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, using your knowledge of our products and services
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one
  • Use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex customer issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and communication tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment

  • Knowledge of American Express products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
