Job Summary

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. You'll work closely with our operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that drive results. Your expertise will be essential in developing and maintaining a positive and productive work environment, where our colleagues feel valued and empowered to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets

  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and quality in our customer service operations
  • Collaborate with our operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive results
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, where our colleagues feel valued and empowered to succeed
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, and use this knowledge to inform our service delivery
  • Analyze customer feedback and use it to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive results
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our customers, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure that our service delivery meets their needs and expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform our service delivery and process improvements

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, customer service, operations)

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service or operations role, with a focus on leadership and process improvement
  • Proven track record of success in leading a team and driving results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on safety, collaboration, leadership, and quality

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer service or operations role in the airline industry

  • Knowledge of Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA) and corporate policies and procedures
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Certification in customer service or operations (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Operations Manager)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
