Experienced Customer Service Associate – Amazon Locker+ Retail Location

Our Amazon Locker+ locations are strategically placed in various retail settings, including Whole Foods Market, freestanding locations, partner retailers, and warehouse lobbies. As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on our customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your duties will include:

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
• Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols
• Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
• Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing of packages
• Performing physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Standing and walking during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Going up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Being available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

• Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required, and protective safety footwear are required in select business units.

Requirements

* Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service, retail, or a related field preferred.
