In this role, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and serve customers with a smile, ensuring a positive and memorable experience

• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, handling returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, bathrooms, and parking garage
• Assemble trucks from the parking garage and operate equipment to move them to the store
• Clean and sanitize high-touch areas, including the sales floor, bathrooms, and parking garage
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience
• Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain a visually appealing store environment
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role

• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and policies
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
