Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately inputting data from various sources into our company systems, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
• Reviewing, updating, and verifying data to ensure accuracy and maintain data integrity.
• Maintaining and organizing data in an efficient manner for easy access and retrieval, utilizing our data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Assisting with basic administrative tasks as needed, such as responding to customer inquiries or resolving data-related issues.
• Communicating effectively with team members to resolve data-related issues and ensure seamless collaboration.
• Following established procedures to maintain data integrity and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
• Basic knowledge of data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous data entry experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be a U.S. resident and authorized to work in the USA.

Work Schedule
