Key Responsibilities

* Enter data from various sources into our database management system, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data

  • Verify the accuracy of the data, reconciling discrepancies and generating reports as needed
  • Maintain data across various platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Develop and implement processes to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or a related field is a plus

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles
  • High typing speed with exceptional accuracy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and able to learn new software quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with database management systems is an advantage
