Position Purpose

As a Remote Appointment Setting and Lead Generation Specialist, you'll play a critical role in connecting financial professionals with qualified retirement planning leads. Your primary responsibility will be to call leads that have completed a contact information form and are expecting a confirmation call. You'll use a script to qualify the customer, explain the service provided, and set a soft appointment. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and patience will be essential in building trust and rapport with customers, ensuring a positive experience and driving long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Call leads to confirm their interest, explain the service provided, and set a soft appointment

  • Use a script to qualify customers and gather relevant information
  • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy, patience, and tolerance
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance job performance and stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance with arenaflex policies

Essential Qualifications

* Previous telecommunication experience, preferably in a call center or sales environment

  • Reliable computer, headset, and Internet connection
  • Dedicated quiet at-home work set-up
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to accept coaching and training to enhance job performance
  • Ability to write a grammatically correct paragraph from notes taken during phone calls

Desired Skills

* Previous outbound appointment setting experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role

  • Sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers, using active listening skills and empathy
  • Ability to show patience, tolerance, and understanding when dealing with challenging customers
