Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer data, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process customer data, including demographic information, purchase history, and other relevant details

• Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues

Essential Qualifications
