Job Summary As an Online Chat Specialist Entry Level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' website visitors through live chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to respond to their queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our Online Chat Manager to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
