Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy operations and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You will be responsible for entering patient data, processing prescriptions, and performing various administrative tasks to support our pharmacy team. Key Responsibilities
* Enter patient data accurately and efficiently into our electronic health record system
- Process prescriptions and ensure that all necessary information is complete and accurate
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues
- Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a pharmacy or data entry role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and experience with electronic health record systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA
