Responsibilities and Duties

As an IT Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing technical expertise and support to customers through live chat, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as competitor offerings
  • Analyzing customer needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure expertise and knowledge remain current
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions, even in stressful situations

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in technical support and customer service
  • Familiarity with large corporate or hospital IT systems, as well as top operating systems and brand environments
  • A passion for helping others with complex technical issues and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate effectively in text form
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation and Perks

As an IT Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $18-$22 per hour, based on experience and skill set
  • Performance-based rewards redeemable for product and/or gift cards

  • Immediate start upon completion of onboarding
  • A remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection

Technology Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A desktop or laptop with Chrome browser (tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time)
  • A stable internet connection with a minimum of 10mbps
  • Reliable sound output, either through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets
