Responsibilities

As a Financial Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Engaging with families to understand their financial challenges and goals
• Educating and guiding clients through personalized strategies
• Building lasting relationships and being a trusted representative for financial wellbeing

Career Growth Opportunities

• Financial Representative: Engage with families to understand their financial challenges and goals, and educate and guide clients through personalized strategies.
• Field Trainer: Mentor and develop new representatives, conduct workshops and training sessions on financial principles and client engagement, and lead by example, demonstrating best practices and fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Branch Manager (VP of Operations): Oversee office operations and ensure alignment with our mission and values, inspire and lead a team of representatives and trainers, and drive initiatives to expand our reach and impact within the community.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• No experience in financial services, education, or coaching required but is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $24,500.00 to $187,500.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits and perks, including:
