Key Responsibilities:

* Input and update candidate and client information into the database promptly and accurately

  • Verify data accuracy and identify any discrepancies for immediate resolution
  • Prepare and organize documents for data entry, ensuring that all information is well-categorized and easily accessible
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to assist with data-related tasks and support the hiring process
  • Conduct regular data audits to maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Generate reports and extract data as required by the management team
  • Respond to data-related inquiries and provide necessary support to internal stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role, demonstrating proficiency in accurate data entry and management

  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Proficient in using data entry software and tools, with strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for identifying errors and inconsistencies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling efficient handling of multiple tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with the utmost discretion
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
