Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for analyzing documents, extracting relevant data, and entering it into our FACIS database. You'll work closely with our management team, peers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and data acquisition. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about data entry, has excellent computer skills, and is committed to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze documents to extract relevant data and enter it into our FACIS database

• Conduct additional research as necessary to ensure accurate data entry
• Communicate clearly with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation
• Articulate data transformation processes clearly and concisely
• Take on additional periodical and/or ad-hoc projects/tasks as necessary
• Work independently with limited oversight, using provided resources to answer questions before seeking assistance
• Meet quality and efficiency benchmarks, completing items within the Data Entry queue

Required Skills and Abilities

* Willingness and ability to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects

• Ability to work as part of a team to provide on-time results
• Quick learning ability and ability to adjust priorities throughout the day
• Uncompromising approach to meeting/exceeding pressing deadlines and expectations
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office products
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to inspect work for flaws

Education and Experience

* High School diploma or GED equivalent

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Health care industry experience is a plus
• Experience in data entry and comparison is preferred
