Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our remote West Coast team, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and online chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
- Helping customers navigate our websites and book events online, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Resolving product/service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the issue, and selecting the best solution to resolve the problem
- Conducting regular quality assurance reviews of our websites to ensure the accuracy of the online booking tool
- Participating in sales coaching and development programs to enhance your ability to provide exemplary service and product solutions to our customers
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a 2-4 year college degree is preferred
- At least one year of customer service experience in a call center, hospitality/restaurant, or corporate setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well on a team and adapt to changing priorities
- Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple windows and online web applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire to meet/exceed goals and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
